  • Cloudseed Inc. is a technology company that is dedicated to solving the global food and water security problem through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other emerging technologies. We are developing tools for growers, insurers, and policymakers to accelerate adaptation of land and water practices for a changing climate. Cloudseed Inc is a bootstrapped company. Co-Founders are unpaid until we get investment. We do this because we think we have a compelling product and we want to help the planet.

  • THIS IS AN EQUITY COMPENSATION CO-FOUNDER ROLE. You would be joining the co-founders of Cloudseed Inc. The position is un-salaried while Cloudseed Inc is in a bootstrapped pre-seed raise. Upon a successful raise we'll be paying salary. Equity and salary are negotiable based on experience and fit. Ideally you are an engineer with extra or full time to devote to a startup in the beginning with the expectation that you'll join full time - The equity package will be structured accordingly.

  • This is a role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing AI models and algorithms, developing and implementing software applications / mobile applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into our products.

  • Qualifications

    Computer Science and Software Development skills

    Experience in AI and Machine Learning concepts, including Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks

    Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related libraries

    Ability to design, implement, and evaluate complex AI models and algorithms

    Experience with data analysis and visualization

    Experience with cloud computing and distributed systems

    Bachelor's/Master’s/PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field

    Experience with tools and programming languages such as TensorFlow, Figma / Flutter, Firebase ML, PyTorch, Python, R

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

    Experience with agriculture and environmental science is a plus

    Experience with Remote Sensing or Geospatial data is a plus

    Technical Leadership by doing and attracting technical talent will be highly advantageous
